John Lee is President of Lee Patent Services. He is a registered patent agent, licensed to practice before the Patent and Trademark Office and the International Patent Authorities in patent cases. He has practiced as a registered patent agent since 1989, first with the Boston law firm of Bromberg & Sunstein LLP, later with Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, and currently in private practice.

He also has over twenty years experience in engineering, design and development, including a three-year period as “Chairman of the Idea Review Committee”, advising the Patent Committee on “reason to believe the idea can be made to work”. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts (Electrical Engineer) and California (Control Systems Engineer), and a Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom. His engineering expertise includes industrial process control, instrumentation, electrical engineering, and computer science. He has an MBA, and has business experience in multiple industries including chemical, telecommunications, and aerospace.
